The Water Restoration Group (WRG) is a disaster restoration services company that operates throughout South Florida—including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

For over 15 years, WRG has offered quality service and peace of mind to both homeowners and business owners alike during emergency situations of all kinds. Fully certified, licensed and bonded—WRG provides comprehensive property damage cleanup, restoration and reconstruction services including water and fire/smoke restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.

We are looking to maximize WRG’s digital marketing strategy, efforts, and budget—with a focus on conversions and tracking. The overall goal is to modernize the WRG website as well as deliver quality inbound leads to generate more business.


Needs

Would-be clients are increasingly more discerning, and there are a variety of damage restoration and repair service companies in the market. Thus, WRG must distinguish itself not only with the quality of services it provides, but in the way its brand engages with consumers—establishing a professional identity and positive connection with them in support of the company’s overarching mission, vision, and values. WRG needs attentive, comprehensive web design/development and marketing services to:

Website Design & Development - $7,000/ONE-TIME

Overview

NEW CUSTOMIZED FRONT-END WEBSITE, WITH FEATURES LISTED BELOW:

  • Content Management System (CMS), WordPress.

  • Responsive design in HTML / CSS.

  • Google Analytics and social media integration.

  • SEO optimization friendly URLs.

  • Cross browser and mobile compatibility.

  • Email notifications.

  • Approximately 10-12 pages.

INCLUDES:

  • Overall design, development, programming, testing, and deployment.

  • Copywriting or editing as needed of content and digital assets.

  • Creation of new iconography.

  • Photo and image curation with all stock licenses included.

Strategic Approach

The goal is to build a modern and intuitive website for the purpose of highlighting WRG as a premier provider of restoration services in South Florida. To help deliver conversions in the form of contact form submissions and phone calls, we will aim for a lean design with segmented calls-to-action (CTAs) to very clearly present WRG’s service types according to target groups.

During the website creation process, we will lead design and content efforts to ensure that the site accurately represents the brand’s mission, vision, and values in collaboration with the WRG leadership and marketing team.

DISCOVERY, DESIGN, DEVELOP, TEST, DEPLOY

We will begin by analyzing your needs and wants as it pertains to your digital presence. This will be done in conjunction with collecting/cataloging all relevant company brand product and service information (including written and visual assets).

We will work on the front-end design and present it for review. Once draft version is reviewed with your team, we will workshop any necessary/requested edits, changes, and/or additions.

One-Time Fee: $7,000


Phase 2

Phase 2 will commence on a mutually agreed upon start date and after an initial website audit, competitor analysis, and digital assessment. Services will continue monthly.  

Phase 2 will include SEO and PPC execution, as well as website hosting and management.

Initial review and analysis as well as execution of baseline on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services.

Full Website & SEO Audit

  • Research, assessment, and overall recommendations.

Competitor Analysis

  • Examine and analyze up to three competitors, their strategies and marketing efforts to mine for opportunities.

Onsite Optimization

  • Page /search indexing, header tags, user interface, footer menu, breadcrumbs, content, CTAs, etc.

Technical SEO

  • Mobile optimization and responsive score, load speed, AMP, Schema markup, HTML sitemap, robots.txt file, sitemap.xml file, SSL, etc.

Google Analytics Audit & Setup

  • Audit, setup, and optimization (configure accounts, manage codes, properly set goals / tracking, add traffic filters, etc.).


SEO PHASE 2 - ONGOING

Includes continued execution of technical optimization tasks in Phase 1.

Backlink Strategy

  • Analysis of backlinks coming to site and taking action as needed.

Link Building

  • Mirror competitor link profiles, directory citations, content submissions, image sharing, backlink request outreach, etc.

PPC PHASE 1 - ONBOARDING

Initial research, planning, and setup of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign.

  • Evaluation of company, market, ad sets, keywords, and existing PPC campaigns.


PPC PHASE 2 - ONGOING

Includes continued execution of technical optimization tasks in Phase 1.

  • Optimization of ad content for conversion.

  • Strategic bidding to ensure effective ad spend.

  • Inclusion of negative keywords as needed.

  • Monthly and as-needed reporting of findings.

Monthly Management Fee (20% Of Budget): $1,200
Monthly Ad Budget: $6,000*

*Paid directly to Google Ads platform for the purposes of advertising.


Website Hosting & Maintenance - $425/MTH

MONTHLY WEBSITE HOSTING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE PLAN INCLUDES:

  • Managing all server-side issues.

  • Updating any plugins and third-party integrations.

  • Removing any malware or infected code.

  • Ensuring that the IP address on file is the same between the host and the URL.

  • Troubleshooting issues when the site experiences any technical and programming issues.

  • One hour of basic content populating and formatting.

  • One hour of graphic design services.

Monthly Fee: $425

Acceptance Form

The above proposal is for described work only and is based upon acceptance within 30 days. All monthly fee items are to be paid on the first of the month, or according to a mutually agreed upon payment schedule accounting for campaign launch. Minimum contract term is 6 months from the date of campaign launch. Early cancellation obligates client to pay 50% of remaining, unbilled services for the minimum contract term. Any applied discounts become billable upon early cancelation. The project will commence on the date of the first call or meeting with client after receipt of initial payment for related work, full set-up fee, or other mutually agreed upon amount. All payments are non-refundable.

Note: All budgets and scope of work (SOW) included above are subject to change per mutually agreed upon terms by the contracting parties.
